Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based approach to healthcare that removes many of the frustrations created by the traditional insurance model. Instead of billing your insurance for every office visit, you pay one affordable monthly membership fee that gives you direct complete access to your provider.
is dPC insurance?
No. DPC is not health insurance and is not intended to replace health insurance. We strongly encourage every patient to maintain medical insurance for hospitalizations, surgeries, emergency care, specialist visits, advanced imaging, and other unexpected or catastrophic medical expenses.
Think of DPC as your medical home for nearly all of your everyday healthcare needs, while your health insurance provides protection for major medical events.

meet Sarah
Sarah has cared for patients in family and internal medicine since 2002. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, where she learned the importance of compassionate, calm, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, Illinois, graduating in 1995, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, graduating in 2002. For more than two decades, Sarah has cared for patients of all ages. She believes healthcare should be built on kindness, compassion, trust, and meaningful relationships - not driven by insurance companies or government mandates. Her passion is helping patients understand their options and empowering them to choose the path that best fits their own values and goals.
